The Household Notional panel is ideal for instances where you do not know the buildings Sum Insured (rebuild cost) of the property. This is often the case where the building society has not (or will not) provide a valuation.

By selecting this panel the insurer will calculate the premium based upon a notional sum insured which is worked out from the postcode, type of property and number of bedrooms.

All the policies provide generous buildings and contents sum insured, with the ability to add personal possessions and other specified items. Most policies include a range of additional discounts.
